Q. Am I allowed to take photos/video?

A. Feel free to capture your child's special day on camera or video. Magic Jack will happily pose for photographs with your child and guests - but please send us copies too! Click here to email us your photos or short videos.

Q. What geographical area does Magic Jack cover?

A. Magic Jack covers the whole of the North East, from Northumberland to North Yorkshire, Teeside, Wearside, Tyneside and County Durham as a standard. However Magic Jack has performed with Magic and Balloons in Europe and even as far away as Vietnam!

Q. Does Magic Jack have the correct insurances to work with children?

A. You can relax in the knowledge that Magic Jack is fully police checked. He also carries professional indemnity and public liability insurance. All of the relevant documentation is kept fully up to date with copies available upon request.
